This exceptional organic extra virgin olive oil from Catalonia is produced by selecting and pressing double the amount of Early Harvest Arbequina olives collected at the beginning of October then cold extracted immediatly after picking. This vibrant extra virgin olive oil is surprisingly fresh, with a high content of natural antioxidants and polyphenols that maintain the qualities of the olive oil, and a glorious emerald green colour characteristic of many New Season Early Harvest oils. An intense and fruity aroma of green olives, tomato, almond, avocado and spices such as coriander and basil characterise this lovely olive oil's flavour and leave a pleasant bitter and sweet lingering taste in the mouth. Use as a finishing oil over all salads, roast and boiled vegetables, seafood and chicken.
