In a nutshell: Delicious earthy pine-flavoured honey from Arcadia in the Peloponnese in mainland Greece.

This honey is collected from September to November from pine trees that grow in abundance at an altitude above 800 metres at the foot of the Mainalo Mountain in Vytina in ancient Arcadia in the Peloponnese in mainland Greece. Once foraged by the bees and harvested from the hives, the honey is extracted from the combs, then stored in large tanks before being bottled. Finally, it is cold packed by hand without the addition of artificial additives or flavourings.

How to use:

  • Ideal in vinaigrettes.
  • Drizzle over feta and aged cheeses
  • Try with roasted nuts and walnuts.
